Amanda J. Lewis, DMD Dr. Lewis was born and raised in the Quad Cities and graduated from United Township High School in 1997. She graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2004 after completing her undergraduate education at the school's Edwardsville campus. She practiced for over a year in St. Charles county Missouri, outside of St. Louis. Dr. Lewis moved to Decatur after purchasing the dental practice of Dr. Douglas Nichols in January of 2006. She was married on April 21, 2007 to Dr. Greg Haarman, a general dentist in Decatur. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Haarman have two dogs, Walter and Jack, both corgi mixes and two cats, Gordon and Kitten. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Haarman will be welcoming their first child in January 2012. |

Judy Judy is one of the first team members our patients meet. Judy works to ensure patient comfort and helps patients understand the complicated world of dental insurance. Her positive attitude and spontaneous dance moves keep patients at ease. Judy graduated from Mt. Zion High School in 1978. She has been in the dental field for 30 years, and at our office for over 25 years. Judy and her husband Kevin live in Long Creek and have been married since 1993. Judy enjoys golfing, gardening, and reading. |
| Lindsey Lindsey is the newest member of our hygiene team. She attended the Dental Hygiene program at Parkland College. She is licensed in dental hygiene and in delivery of local anesthetic. She has one dog and three nephews that she loves to spoil! Lindsey is huge fan of the Bears, Cardinals, and the Fighting Illini. In her time off, she loves to spend time with family and she loves to golf. |

Kelly Kelly is a Dental Assistant to Dr. Lewis. She attended Macarthur High School from 1993-1997. Kelly continued her education at Midwest Technical Institute, graduating from the Dental Assisting Program in 2006. She and her husband, Jeff, have three daughters; Taylor, Brooke, and Grace. Kelly enjoys spending time with her girls and her adorable yellow lab, Biscuit. |

Shelley Shelley is our Office Manager. She joined our team in March 2009. Shelley graduated from Maroa-Forsyth High School in 1994. She attended Eastern Illinois University. Shelley has worked in the dental field since 1998. She and her husband, Scott, live in Mt. Pulaski with their threes dogs, Jack, Kaene and Fritz. Shelley enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and shopping. |

Kayla Kayla is our lead hygienist. She became a team member in March 2011. Kayla is a Decatur native and a graduate of Eisenhower High School. She completed her dental hygiene degree at Lake Land College in Mattoon, IL in 2010. Kayla has received advanced training in periodontal therapy and the delivery of local anesthetics. Kayla has one cat, Dora. |
